Innovative Excellence Award 🏆

Ya'll, this was very cool!

Last week, The New Savant received the 2024 Innovative Excellence Award in fragrance from Women in Flavors and Fragrance (WFFC). This organization is nearly 50-years-old and creates a space for women in this industry to connect, support and elevate one another.

We were so glad to be included! 

To receive the award, we suited up and attended their recognition event. Our partners at Givaudan joined us, and one of our esteemed perfumers, Linda Song, introduced us to the crowd. 

Ingrid accepted the award on our behalf. She gave a beautiful speech about her approach to innovation (hint: scent notes people don't *think* they'll like... and then they love 🤭) and why it's important for both of us to center scent experiences that have been left out of the traditional fragrance canon. 

It was genuinely a highlight, and we're very grateful to you, our community, for knowing and loving Ingrid's olfactive work early on. It's truly incredible to have the industry recognize it as well.
