Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping is FREE for orders of $150 or more within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee – these rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Yes! We currently ship TNS products to Canada, Australia, and within the U.S. Please note that we are unable to provide free shipping for international orders. Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

 

We do our best to ship out most orders within 7 business days after purchase. During sales, new product drops, and holiday season, please allow 10-14 business days for orders to be processed. Orders are shipped via USPS + UPS and most usually arrive within 5 business days after being scanned into the carrier's system.

 
PLEASE NOTE: Once your package is handed over to USPS/UPS, we are unable to control when your order gets processed and mailed to you. If your tracking number shows no updates for 10 days, please reach out to us at concierge@thenewsavant.com and we'll work on finding a solution together.
     

We accept U.S. returns on full-priced items in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. To start a return, email concierge@thenewsavant.com

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit:

  • Items purchased on sale or marked down

  • International orders (return shipping, duties, and fees are also non-refundable)

Welcome and email signup discounts of 15% or less do not affect return eligibility. For these orders, we're happy to offer a return or an exchange for a different scent — just email concierge@thenewsavant.com and we'll help you find one you'll love. Refunds to the original payment method are also available on request.

Please note: We are unable to cover return shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for international returns.

We've got you covered on the replacement — when you exchange a candle, we'll ship the new one to you free of charge. You'll just need to cover return shipping on the original.

     

We know what it's like to suddenly realize that you've entered the wrong shipping address or accidentally placed an order for the wrong item. That's why we will do our best to accommodate changes to an order within 24 hours of purchase. Just send your order number and your change request to concierge@thenewsavant.com
