The Spring Reset You Actually Have Time For

If you're someone who loves spring but not spring cleaning, this is for you.

I've noticed most reset checklists feel like adding another to-do list on top of my already never-ending list. I'm not going to sugarcoat it: this week was rough for me, and the last thing I want to do is feel like I have to overhaul my life in one weekend.

At the same time, it does feel good to make some changes when a new season arrives. This year, instead of a traditional spring reset, I’m focusing on my 5 senses — small, intentional shifts that help me feel more present without adding to my mental load.
